My latest obsession - DIY

Yes , yes - please bring it on - am sure the first question that pops up (no prizes here for the question popping up first) - what on earth is DIY - well this is really one of my favourites because I can very well use it as an answer too - DO IT YOURSELF - now that for you my friend, is DIY 

One more confession - am not DIYite who would go all the way to a god-damn hardware shop and pick up on the crazy metal ass stuff (well I haven't done it so far, maybe in future I might) - I really like to use the simplest of material while doing something - i have this thing known as "kidaa" in hindi that doesnt let me rest my ass - hence i jump around to create something or the other.

Now the deal started with a lot of beer, vodka, whiskey, scotch, wine and white rum bottles - not to mention they were all empty (thanks to the joint effort by me and Mr S) - so I was suggested to dump them off or give it away to the pastiwala (which I dint want to because Gujarat is a DRY state - disposing 40-55 bottles can really be an issue) - yeah I could have had disposed them when out for a spin or something but why to do that - I so wanted to use it and *kabaaang* GOOGLE threw the spot light on my head and I had my answers :P

Hence I started DIY'ing - a beer lamp is already - with a series of chinese lights - and one more is going on right now - am trying to make a small table using beer bottles as base - shall be updating the same soon with pictures - for now am left out with decorating one bottle for the table's base and am still confused if I should use a wood plank or a used window or just a glass base for it !!

Anyway - lets hope i get sorted in the head to sort the table :)
